General terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed, general purchase and delivery conditions apply.

Payment terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt of invoice.
  • A credit check is implemented for new customers.
  • Payment of invoices must be made to Extronic within 30 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller.
  • Late payment interest of 8% per month and statutory fees for payment reminders will be charged in case of payment after the due date.
  • If there is reasonable doubt about the customer's ability to pay, Extronic reserves the right to shorten the credit period, require advance payment, or other security.


Pricing

  • Prices are stated in SEK and exclude VAT. Unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller.
  • Extronic reserves the right to change prices; check the price when ordering.


Delivery terms

  • All deliveries are made from Extronic's warehouse at Fräsarvägen in Skogås according to EXW (INCOTERMS 2020), unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller.
  • Free shipping is available for domestic orders exceeding SEK 10,000 (excluding VAT), unless otherwise stated, but does not apply to accumulators, transformers, document cabinets, cables, or international deliveries.
  • Visible damage to goods that may be assumed to have occurred during transit must be reported immediately to the driver, and the noted problem should be recorded on the waybill and acknowledged by the driver. This is necessary for Extronic to be able to seek compensation from the carrier.

Returns

  • No return of products may be made without Extronic's prior approval.
  • The product must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
  • A return deduction of 20% of the original amount applies unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and the seller.
  • Products returned 6 months after the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Products that have been discontinued will not be accepted.


Claims

  • If you need to file a claim, please initiate a support case through the form provided on our website, products.extronic.se. Alternatively, get in touch with us via phone or email to start the process. Only returns that have been registered and assigned a return number will be accepted.
  • Claims for compensation without written agreement with Extronic will not be accepted.

Liability and warranty

  • When returning products under warranty, a detailed description of the fault must be included.
  • The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or component defects in the specified product.
  • Extronic offers a warranty of 1, 2, or 5 years depending on the manufacturer. All products manufactured by Extronic Elektronik AB have a warranty period of 5 years.
  • The warranty excludes coverage for costs related to transportation, travel, or repair, as well as lightning damage, defects resulting from improper handling, intervention by unauthorized parties, external damage, accidents, moisture, incorrect voltage, current, or connection, and other factors beyond the control of Extronic.
  • The warranty will not be valid if the claim is determined to be unfounded upon inspection or if the product's manufacturing number is not provided.

Intellectual Property

  • Extronic retains all ownership rights to the devices and services provided to the customer and any associated intellectual property rights. The customer is not permitted to reproduce or modify any of the hardware or software without the prior written consent of Extronic.
