General Terms
General terms and conditions of purchase and delivery apply, unless otherwise agreed.
Payment Terms
Payment is made against invoice. Invoicing occurs after a specific credit assessment.
Invoices must be paid to Extronic within 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties.
For payments made after the due date, late payment interest of 8% per month will be charged, as well as the statutory fee for a payment reminder.
If there is reasonable doubt regarding the customer's ability to pay, Extronic has the right to shorten the credit period, require advance payment or other security.
Prices
Prices are stated in SEK and excluding VAT.
Extronic reserves the right to change prices. Check the price when placing an order.
Delivery Terms
All deliveries are made from Extronics warehouse on Fräsarvägen in Skogås according to EXW (INCOTERMS 2020), unless otherwise agreed between the buyer and seller.
Free shipping for orders over SEK 10,000 (excluding VAT), unless otherwise stated. Note that this does not apply to accumulators, transformers, document cabinets, cable, or international deliveries.
Visible damage to goods, which is presumed to have occurred during transport, must be reported immediately to the driver. The noted issue must be documented on the consignment note and signed by the driver, after which the damage must be claimed with the transport company. This is required for us to be able to make a compensation claim against the carrier. A customer who fails to follow these instructions is thereby assumed, where applicable, to have automatically accepted the delivery and cannot later claim any defects related to the delivery in question.
Complaints
In the event of a complaint, a support case must be created via this form.
Returns may only be made after the return case has been registered and a case number has been obtained. The return package(s) must be marked with this number in such a way that it does not damage the goods or original packaging.
The customer will be invoiced for a new item if needed, which will then be credited when the claimed item has been received and approved by Extronic. Claims for compensation without written agreement with Extronic will not be accepted.
Returns
In the case of a return, a return case must be created via this form.
No return may be made without prior approval from Extronic. Items must be returned unused and in undamaged original packaging. A return deduction of 20% of the original amount is applied unless otherwise agreed between buyer and seller. Items returned 6 months after the delivery date will not be accepted. Stocked items are credited only after Extronic has performed a quality check and approved the return. Discontinued or non-stocked items will not be accepted for return.
Warranty Terms
In the event of a return under warranty, a detailed fault description must be included. The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing or material faults in the specified product. If a component in the product is replaced during the warranty period, it does not extend the warranty period for the product. Extronic provides a warranty of 1, 2, or 5 years depending on the manufacturer. All products manufactured by Extronic Elektronik AB have a 5-year warranty. The warranty does not cover
Transport, travel, labor, or other costs related to a complaint. Damage caused by lightning or overvoltage to goods, even if these are equipped with surge protection/lightning protection. Defects caused by improper handling, incorrect voltage, incorrect current type, incorrect connection, external impact, accident, moisture or other damage beyond possible control. Defects caused by interference in the product by anyone other than the seller. If the complaint proves to be unfounded, i.e. the product is fault-free and the issue was due to a lack of knowledge about the product's handling, maintenance, or function.
Intellectual Property Rights
Extronic reserves all ownership rights to the devices and services provided to the customer and associated intellectual property rights. The customer is not permitted to reproduce or modify either hardware or software without written approval from Extronic.
